Meet our Founder
Raghuveer Nath is the Vice President of the International Institute of Venture Capital, Private Equity, and Mergers & Acquisitions (IIVPM), and is also a Vice President at Private Equity Pro Partners.

He carries a decade of experience in investing in the equity and derivative markets. He trains several board-level and senior management of large multinational corporations, internationally, in financial disciplines such as equity valuation, private equity, deal structuring, and M&A.

Raghuveer has also conducted several masterclasses in partnership with the National Stock Exchange (NSE), and has taught financial literacy to over 7,500 people from all walks of life, including judges, lawyers, bureaucrats, and doctors. These include hundreds of IAS, IRS, IRAS, IPS, and CRPF officers at the Haryana Institute of Public Administration (HIPA). He also teaches valuation and financial planning at the Startup Accelerator Chamber of Commerce (SACC).

He has previously worked at Trilegal LLP as an Associate in the M&A and private equity team and has co-authored a book on Indian environmental jurisprudence (forthcoming 2022, Cambridge University Press).

Raghuveer is a gold medalist (B.A., LL.B.) from Jindal Global Law School and has done his Master's in Law (BCL) from the University of Oxford. He has also completed the Advanced Valuation course at the New York University, under Professor Aswath Damodaran.
